Description

In this episode of The Stone Table, we welcome our friends from New England - stone lifters whose grit, humour, and heart have become part of the fabric of this community. Together, we dive into their journey with natural stones: how they found the community, what keeps them in it, and the camaraderie that’s grown along the way.

We also share the story behind the first-ever - Canada–US Stone Lifting Tour - a wild, community-driven adventure that took us across borders, into hidden pockets of landscape, and through challenges that tested both strength and spirit. (Thanks Pawel...) This tour wasn’t just about the stones. It was about the people who showed up, the places that shaped us, and the growth that happens when lifters come together with a shared purpose. This episode is a celebration of modern stone lifting - its culture, its evolution, and the way it continues to bring lifters closer to themselves, to each other, and to the land....and in my view closer to self and spirit/soul.
