After eight episodes mapping the money monsters, the show turns to its second half. the lighthouse. Darin introduces BoldGPS™, his Bold Guided Purpose System, and layers the Enneagram onto the Purpose Factor to move from self-awareness to clear direction.
The Enneagram is the map of who you are. The lighthouse is the fixed point that keeps guiding you back on course. A real lighthouse does two jobs. it shows the safe harbor, and it warns you off the rocks. Your purpose does both.
Darin breaks down the four primary components of the Purpose Factor. your Natural Advantage (how you show up, hardest to change), your Acquired Skills (what you have built over time), your Pull Passion (the specific problem you are best designed to solve), and your Origin Strength (the resilience forged by your story). With five types inside each component, that yields 625 possible combinations, dialing the Enneagram's nine directions into a precise compass heading.
Doug and Darin work through the Natural Advantage and Acquired Skill types live, using their own results as examples, and surface an important insight. your purpose and your Enneagram pattern can conflict, and knowing where helps you avoid banging your head against your own wiring.
