Years ago I used to be all or nothing! I was SUPER strict on my diet, trying to lose weight or I was completely off eating any and everything I wanted. Now I'm able to maintain my healthy habits and maintain my weight as a busy, ambitious and high achieving mom and still indulge when I want to!

Here are my 5 tips for "Vacation Proofing" my diet:

  1. Prioritizing Protein
  2. Hydration
  3. Movement
  4. Sleep
  5. Relax!
