Kim Roy, host of the Redefining Anger podcast, defines herself as a self-motivated force turned recovering perfectionist. She is a mom, a wife, a runner, and an entrepreneur in the making learning to live a life of abundance, while navigating grief and anger, after experiencing the traumatic and sudden loss of her father. For years she hid behind anger, living in a state of survival. After facing the wake up call that she needed, she found community and began a journey of growth and deep internal healing. Despite the trauma, that is now behind her, her growth exemplifies that living a life of abundance and feeling alive is possible. Now a mentor inside of her coaching community, Kim is on a mission to normalize feeling. She believes that getting quiet with yourself, and really feeling what needs to be felt, is the key to building a relationship of trust and self-respect with yourself, leading to purposeful living and a life in alignment. Kim believes in the power of our individual stories and is passionate out sharing hers to help you navigate yours.
