Noah Petersen was arrested twice in front of the Newton, IA City Council during his public comment period. Noah was critical of the Newton City Police Department and wanted reform. The Newton Mayor did not like Noah's perspective and had him arrested in back to back meetings. Noah filed a lawsuit claiming his 1st Amendment Rights were violated.
