In this episode of Stepping Into Yourself, I’m sharing one of the biggest shifts that changed my life, my mindset, and the way I experience manifestation: gratitude.

What started as a way to get through one of the hardest seasons of my life became the foundation for everything that came after. In this episode, I talk about how my cancer journey unknowingly opened the door to manifestation work, why gratitude became the tool that helped me rewire my thought patterns, and how it changed what I started noticing, expecting, and creating in my life.

We also get into the science behind why this works, including the reticular activating system, how your brain learns to filter for what you repeatedly focus on, and why gratitude is so much more than just listing things you “should” be thankful for.

Choose three things each morning and do not just write them down because they sound right. Write about them in a way that actually lets you feel them. Let yourself sit in the appreciation of what is already here.
