Pastor Janette was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA. She spent the first part of her career as a Stage Manager in the theater industry before transitioning and launching her business, JJ the Wedding Planner, which has since closed indefinitely in 2024 to focus on her Seminary program.
She seeks to create a safe space for people of all ages and backgrounds to learn from scripture and live a life in the way of Jesus. Being a first-gen daughter of Mexican immigrant parents has given her the spiritual understanding of how to welcome and care for the marginalized.
She is blessed with a wildly full home which includes her Husband, Mom, Father-in-law, three pups, and five chickens, and still managed to make time for this special interview, and I trust you will find great wisdom in today's conversation.
