The pandemic has changed everything we thought we knew or existed. The concept of punctuated equilibrium is this idea of change that happens in short periods of time. Where before, we used to do almost everything in-person, with a little online stuff here and there. But now, that doesn’t work anymore.
Everything has changed. It didn't just change the way we shop or shorten our attention span, or how you could run your business. It changed who we are – completely. This is hard for a lot of people to accept because nothing fails like success. The success they had before the pandemic is not going to work anymore.
Acceptance is key, and in order for you to accept that things have changed, start to think about how you've changed. Then figure out new ways to be successful.
