Annie has worked in the field of medical writing for over 20 years. She graduated with a BS in Biology and a minor in Music from Bates College, and later received her MS in Health Communication from BU. Over the course of her career, Annie has built and led 6 successful medical writing teams at different companies in pharma and biotech. She is currently the VP of medical writing at Beam Therapeutics, a gene therapy company in Cambridge, MA. Annie lives on the north shore with her teenage daughter and two cats, and enjoys running, swimming, concerts, comedy shows, and traveling with family and friends.
