Carl Tishler is the founder of the HPNA Academy, established in 2008 to help high performers master executive self-management and thrive under pressure. With a background spanning investment banking at JP Morgan, private equity, and leadership roles including COO, CFO, and Chief People Officer at Microsoft-backed Hazy and other deep-tech companies, Carl brings deep insight into high-performance environments.
Through HPNA Academy, he has guided executives, founders, athletes, and professionals across more than 17 countries in developing resilience and becoming the “CEO of Self.” Carl also serves as a guest lecturer at Cambridge University’s Judge Business School, is an ICF-accredited coach, and has advised on performance and sports psychologyfor a nationally ranked U.S. men’s tennis team.
