He is an avid student of leadership, and his leadership influences include Brene Brown and Simon Sinek among many others. His passion for manufacturing and leadership have led him to launch the Frontline Industry Podcast which is nearing 100 episodes, bringing you insights and stories from inspirational leaders to give you the tools and knowledge needed to lead effectively at every level of your organization.
Joel spends his spare time with his kids and continues his pursuit of becoming a top 1% pickleball player in 2026 and has recently built a speakeasy room in his house to create a neighborhood hub for connection in his community.
