Jerrod is a frequent guest on Living with FASD, and this week, we talk about a VERY common issue: SLEEP ISSUES! Why do so many folks with an FASD have issues with sleep? Difficulty falling asleep, difficulty staying asleep, or sleeping too much. As a holiday gift, this is a 2-part episode. In part 1, Jerrod helps us understand the whys, and why sleep is important. In part 2, he shares some interventions that will help us ALL get the restorative sleep that we need.
