Many of us turn to overthinking due to stress, anxiety, big decisions, or anything that feels overwhelming. 

For some of us, we genuinely believe that we are seeking answers or reflecting in order to do better next time. This then becomes the thing that leads us to our anxiety and stress. 

Because the truth is, when we are in the space of overthinking, we generally are not being kind to ourselves in those moments. We get trapped in the cycle of letting the same thoughts run over and over, and while we believe this may be productive, it is actually the thing keeping us stuck and confused at what's next.
