Change is not meant to be nearly as hard as we make it. The irony is, the act of moving into something new or different isn't usually the most challenging part. For many of us, it's the moments leading up to it that stress us out to the max, make us doubt ourselves, and cause us to focus on all the reasons why maybe we shouldn't do it....or maybe just wait until next week (month, or year).
