In this episode of Lighthouse 112, I asked student committee members about their experiences on the North Shore School District 112 Modern Learning Committee. Earlier this year the District formed a Modern Learning Committee , the purpose of this committee is to guide and inform the decision-making process of District 112 regarding the integration of technology to leverage learning for all students, ensuring that graduates of North Shore School District 112 develop the skills and knowledge in order to be college, life, and career ready. The Vision for the Modern Learning Committee is to inform and recommend actions and decisions for District 112 regarding the integration of technology and professional development. The Portrait of a 112 Graduate will be unveiled on August 6, 2019, at the Board of Education Meeting.
