In this video, I wanted to share 26 marathon tips that I've collected over the last 15 years and coaching more than 1,500 runners, including 150 athletes to Boston Qualifiers.
These tips (for both beginners and elites!) focus on the practical details that make the biggest difference on race day. From trusting your taper and managing race morning logistics to pacing strategy, fuelling, mindset, and handling the brutal final 10K; I wanted walk through the things that I've seen consistently separate breakthrough performances from races that fall apart at mile 20.
