14 year old Jeremy Bright dropped his 9 year old sister, S'te, off at the county fair on August 13, 1986, with plans of picking her back up at 5pm. Jeremy never showed up at 5pm to pick up his sister. Days later when Jeremy's family still hadn't seen him, they went to the police, who couldn't be bothered to help.
