Juicy and True: A Collaborative Conversation on Transformation & Truth
Jen and Dr. Lori introduced Juicy and True as a collaborative conversation series created to hold honest, embodied dialogue around transformation, healing, relationships, wealth, and authenticity. This is not a polished or performative space. It is a grounded, human container where growth is spoken about as it is lived—messy, tender, and real.
Both women shared how their personal journeys shaped their work and emphasized the importance of learning from practitioners who are deeply embodied, passionate, and actively supported through mentors, coaches, and ongoing inner work. Their shared belief became a guiding thread throughout the conversation: transformation happens when people feel safe enough to be honest—with themselves and with others.
Jen spoke about her work through Sacred Wealth Co., focusing on nervous-system regulation, wealth consciousness, boundaries, and self-worth. She emphasized that true wealth begins in the body, where safety, rest, and self-trust are restored. Dr. Lori shared about Still Who Wellness and her 8-week Alchemist program, which integrates mind, body, spirit, wealth, and relationships, honoring transformation as a holistic and interconnected process.
The first conversation explored the theme of transformation through the symbolism of Snake to Horse—the shedding of old identities and patterns followed by embodied momentum and authenticity. Key insights included recognizing when relationships or habits no longer serve, listening to body cues and intuition, allowing endings without self-betrayal, and choosing aligned movement instead of forced action. Dr. Lori shared how subtle body signals guided her in relationships, while Jen framed shedding as sacred and necessary, not something to rush.
A powerful portion of the discussion centered on intuition, divorce, and self-respect. Dr. Lori shared her choice to act from restraint and sovereignty rather than revenge, even when deeply triggered. Jen emphasized the importance of processing emotions rather than projecting them, offering a shared truth: feelings are information—not instructions for harm.
Both women reflected on emotional release and somatic healing, sharing practices that allowed grief, anger, and fear to move through the body. Jen spoke vulnerably about grieving an old version of herself shaped by people-pleasing and over-accommodation, recognizing that feeling “low” was not regression but identity grief.
The conversation closed with reflections on the Fire Horse energy of 2026—an energy calling for boldness, authenticity, and truth. Both agreed that authenticity accelerates alignment, and anything false will struggle to survive.
Juicy and True is a living collaboration, shared across both platforms, honoring growth as it unfolds—honestly, courageously, and in real time.
