Soul Care in Real Life is a space for thoughtful, grounded conversations about faith, work, leadership, relationships, doubt, hope—and the quiet places where our souls either become fragmented or formed.
Hosted by Brian Sturtz, a Board Certified Chaplain, Soul Care in Real Life explores what it means to live with spiritual depth in the middle of ordinary routines and complex realities. This is not spirituality removed from the world. It is soul care practiced in hospital rooms, office meetings, kitchen tables, long commutes, and moments of private wrestling.
Each gathering and conversation offers a steady pause in a hurried culture—room to breathe, reflect, and reconnect with what matters most. It welcomes people from all backgrounds and traditions who are seeking a faith that is honest, embodied, and resilient.
At its core is a simple conviction:
You are more than your productivity.
More than your title.
More than your exhaustion.
Soul Care in Real Life isn’t about escaping life.
It’s about learning how to live it—attentively, courageously, and whole.

In a world rapidly shaped by AI and emerging technologies, Michael helps us ask bigger questions: What does it mean to be human in an age of machines? How can AI serve the flourishing of the whole human family? And how do we navigate innovation without losing our soul?
Join us for a rich and timely conversation at the intersection of faith, technology, and human dignity.
