Grind it out は、「歯を食いしばってやり抜く」という意味があります。大谷選手やヌートバー選手がやっている「拳を上下に重ねてグリグリやるジェスチャー」は、「ペッパーグラインダーポーズ」というそうで、胡椒をガリガリとミルで挽くジェスチャーです。歯を食いしばってやり抜こうというのをこのジェスチャーで表しているわけですね！
