This will coincide well with our upcoming officer elections and installations, because in this section we learn a lot about what godly leadership in the church looks like. But even before Paul gets into the leadership specifically, in the passage we will look at this Sunday, he speaks to all of us—every Christian—about what it means to live the good life. That is, a life centered around service to God, governed by the Word of God, and constrained by the Spirit of God.
