Antalet personer med fetma har tredubblats sen 1970-talet och sjukdomar som diabetes typ 2 ökar på allt fler platser och i allt yngre åldersgrupper. En bov i dramat är vår stillasittande livsstil och den ultraprocessade maten vi äter.
