Lisa Haneberg is one of the first people I met in the blogosphere (what we used to call the place where people who had blogs would hang out) nearly 12 years ago. Lisa was a management and leadership blogger who wrote some of the books I used to lead my IT teams many years ago - and are still some of the principles I use today when I'm working with teams.
Recently Lisa got the itch to write a fiction book - so she did. And it is awesome. During this conversation, we talk about how Lisa transitioned from non-fiction to fiction author, what is the same about the two genres, and what is different, as well as many other things. I learned a bunch - and I hope you do too!
