Carmen Rendell & Andrew Cuerden take turns to explore with Nancy questions about her life, her life. Because as you'll hear. It's a colourful life, an adventurous life, and a very confronting and profound life. Nancy likes to take life by the horns, and ride, ride, ride.
In this episode Nancy goes right back to her Australian roots to explain part of who she is, and how life has taken her on a global path, from the mountain paths of the Himalayas to the suburbs of London Town.
Getting married at 19 years of age, and then as she says 'falling apart' at 24, she lost her marriage, work and decided to head off travelling to find out about life, and what's it all about. Drawn from a young age to indigenous communities, she went to find out how they really lived and to understand more about how they lived with the land.
She shares how her love of the sea helped when she 'didn't like humans', and so she knew she needed to heal that part of her. Travel opened up her heart and knowledge that there was something bigger than her.
A crash landing from a paragliding accident shook her world, as she was bed-ridden for years and had to learn to walk again. A challenge for anyone, let alone an adventurous soul. This time in her life led her to immerse herself into the Universal Laws, and teach herself how to be in the world, leading with her heart.
She has twin sons, and shares about how it was to be a mother during this time, and how life has led her to be an intuitive coach, trusting all life has to offer, including the highs and lows.
A beautiful open podcast, we hope you enjoy as much as we did recording it.
