The ACLU has made abortion rights and transgender rights its top two policy priorities and has partnered with Planned Parenthood to craft state constitutional amendments which would guarantee the right to abortion without respect to age. The ACLU also recently published a 34-page brief calling for the total decriminalization of sex workâincluding sex work for minors. Is it possible that the legalization of childhood prostitution is being back doored into their legislation on abortion?
