A musical score can make or break a film. Get the right one and you'll line your walls with awards. The wrong one and your audience will forget your film. The same can be true for writing novels. Using music from the period in which you're writing can make your story more interesting, and is also helpful in achieving authenticity.

I talk about how I use music to enhance my writing experience and the readers' reading experience.
And, yes... I also talk about the weather. Are you surprised?
