Description

On this episode I chatted with Holistic coach Megan Holt.

We chatted about all sorts of cool things. We chatted basil and garlic, to gut health, how our minds are important in their roles but what about letting our other important centers make the calls they are designed to, such as the heart, gut, and lungs.

We even chatted about cicadas (locusts), how noisy they are, and apparently (new to me) they can be quite tasty.

I learned quite a bit, and also found myself reconnecting to things that I knew yet sometimes we forget when we spin around this crazy wheel called life. This was such a fun ride, and I’m sure you’ll enjoy it as well!
