It was a tremendous discussion regarding how the practice of staying in the present offers the opportunity to allow the emotions we’ve been avoiding for years and decades to be seen and felt. Once this happens they do what they need to and move along. The message is that we do not and have never needed to be fixed, just truly seen in our entirety.

In the end, that’s really what we’re all trying to do here, be seen and understood. It starts with being seen by our own selves.
