Hurricane Fiona landed in Atlantic Canada and has caused a lot of damage, meanwhile the government issues a PSA to not harvest the lobsters as it is illegal. Is government intervention in your life a problem for you. For me they should be protecting your rights and freedoms and substance fishing, hunting, farming, etc are individual rights.
