I will be reading to you from Carry on Jeeves, a collection of short stories written by P. G. Wodehouse in 1925. Jeeves, a valet, and his employer Bertie Wooster were characters in dozens of short stories by Wodehouse. The chapters are a bit long, so I'll likely take two podcasts for each one.
Last episode saw Jeeves and Bertie in New York. They had launched a plan to help Bertie's friend Corky get married to Muriel. Instead, she married Corky's uncle, and is now pregnant — thus bumping Corky from his inheritance. Next episode they will try to unravel all this.
