Kim Glover (her last name rhymes with “clover”) is Director of Employee Communications & Change Management at TechnipFMC, where she leads enterprise programs that make work clearer and culture stronger—integrating change strategy, internal comms, digital platforms, expert networks, and social learning. We have both attended the annual KMWorld Conference for many years, and in November 2025 we presented together for the first time.
Kim in her own words (from her blog):
I’m easy to describe – a middle-aged renaissance person with a deep love for family, a myriad of interests and a love of the written word. I’ve got a very interesting corporate job running knowledge management for a global company, and this blog is one of my happiness hobbies.
