In this episode, Pamela opened up about her struggle with OCD early in life and described the trajectory toward healing that she followed. We discussed why it's important not run away immediately when undesired emotions but to accept them as part of human experience. We also discussed mental health and what the biggest obstacle is that stands between it and people.
