Journal Prompts
- Releasing the energy of the day
- What are you struggling with currently?
- Can you do anything about that right now?
- Can you let that go for the moment? If not, why? What action can you take to allow you to do so?
- What else do you want to let go of?
- Shifting into gratitude
- What are 5-10 things you are grateful for?
- Now, read this list over. Close your eyes and feel into each of the things you listed. Let this wash over you and fill your heart. Breathe that in… and exhale any leftover heavy energy.
