Gillingham’s first game of 2024 saw three valuable points on the road as the Gills picked up a 1-0 away win at Colchester United.
Scott Malone was the matchwinner, once again, as the side picked up back-to-back 1-0 victories to turn around a tricky patch of form. Now the Gills are heading into the new year with a spring in their step and, hopefully, a fresh face or two on the way to reinforce the squad.
