It was another frustrating afternoon at Priestfield as Gillingham’s performance wasn’t so good on Good Friday.
The team struggled to make anything happen against a remarkably negative, cynical Crewe side as they laboured to a drab goalless draw at ME7. Surprisingly, the afternoon ended with the Gills in the playoff places, but the overwhelming feeling was one of frustration and disappointment.
But, thankfully, there’s an immediate opportunity to make amends and pick up a much-needed win as the Gills head north to Harrogate Town, who sit just outside the playoff places and fancy a late charge to get into the mix themselves.
Can the Gills bounce back with a win, or will it be another frustrating afternoon?
