Gillingham extended their unbeaten streak to 17 games as they handed league leaders Crewe Alexandra their first league defeat of the season at Priestfield.
Sam Gale’s last-minute strike gave the Gills all three points after a back-and-forth battle that saw both sides come close to scoring on several occasions before Gale’s match-winning strike.
