Listen

Description

At the start of this year, I was forced to slow down in a way I didn’t choose. Health challenges and a heart procedure changed my energy, my expectations, and how I move through my days.

This episode is about what happens when listening to yourself becomes essential.

Rather than pushing for clarity or solutions, I leaned more deeply into my writing practice and into the power of asking better questions.

This episode explores why transformation begins with the courage to ask questions that quiet the noise and make space for intuition to respond.

WHAT WE’LL COVER:

✔ How health challenges shifted how I relate to myself

✔ Why answers often create pressure instead of clarity

✔ The role of questions in life coaching and self-coaching

✔ How better questions quiet noise and invite intuition

✔ Three kinds of questions that support real change

✔ Why writing is a powerful place to listen and tell the truth

You’re invited to listen and take what resonates.

WRITING PROMPT

✨ What am I being invited to notice, reconsider, and choose differently right now?

You can write words, sentences, lists, or simply sit with the question.

There’s no need to rush toward an answer.
