I'm somebody who has always had reasonable good energy, but not necessarily the "right" energy.


For many years I lived for a long time on "false" energy, living on anxiety, living on adrenaline and it caused me to almost burnout because I didn't know how to rest or just "chill out".


I've had to learn to have great energy, but not in the way that I used too.


In today's episode, I discuss ways that I'm using today to boost my energy levels.
