Hey Everybody!

I really appreciate this conversation. The one thing that’s clear is that Nieta Greene and I want the same thing. We demand a more humanitarian society. But we’ve found that we sometimes have differing visions for how to meet that reality.

I give Nieta all the credit in the world for coming on and talking to me. I want to normalize the idea of an academic disagreement between two good faith actors. The way I see it, the problem is that we’re so surrounded by bad faith actors that it’s become hard to distinguish an honest disagreement from malicious intent.

I’ve been thinking a lot about this conversation. Nieta Greene’s perspective drew my attention to some issues I hadn’t previously considered. It’s good to be challenged because that makes you readdress the structure of your foundational beliefs and make adjustments when necessary. Always remember that the enemy wants us divided because they know we’re stronger together!
