Hello Friends,
I’ve been writing for a long time and there are many injustices that keep coming up again and again. We are all aware of these injustices, but we’ve been conditioned to accept them as a natural obstacle of life. So, instead of addressing these problems directly, we figure out ways to go around.
That’s what I’ve been doing my whole life and it doesn’t work. Frankly, I’m ready to start calling out the issues as I see them.
The first thing people tell you is that you’re not having any success as a writer because, “You’re not good enough.” This the origin of imposter syndrome. I’m here to tell you that it’s all made up. This is a lie that’s deployed to stop you from telling your truth.
If you look around the media, you see an appalling lack of diversity. All the newscasters look more or less the same, as do the people they interview. The fact is that the mainstream media is only interested in presenting one sort of story. We all know this to be true, and that’s why our society is crumbling into ruin.
Perhaps the thing that makes me feel the most helpless is the number of good people who passively support the justifications for our corrupt media. It’s very hard to remove thoughts that have been installed into your mind without your consent. Gaining personal control of your own thoughts is a two step process.
* You have to recognize that something is wrong
* You have to deliberately make yourself change how you think
In the aftermath of the election, my wife and I made the mutual decision to stop watching all forms of mainstream news. We made this decision independently. I didn’t realize my wife was doing the same thing until the news came on and she changed the channel.
“We’re only watching cartoons and The Brady Bunch,” she said.
“I agree completely.”
Quitting toxic media is like quitting drinking. The first part is changing your habits. If your routine is to come home and grab a beer, you might find yourself drinking without any memory of how the bottle got in your hand. To fix this, you have to replace the bottles in your fridge with ginger ale or something.

Once you’ve gotten over the habit of consuming toxic media, it’s as if a fog lifts from your mind. The lies we’ve been conditioned to believe require constant maintenance. This is why the mainstream news is reluctant to bring on anyone with an alternative viewpoint. It wouldn’t take many politicians to start admitting that we could implement universal healthcare and it would save the government a lot of money for that idea to start gaining steam.
Yesterday I caught a clip of a comedian who appeared to be the first step of the Marjorie Taylor-Greene image rehabilitation tour. Although I’m happy that she’s making some noise about demanding accountability for the deplorable men in the Epstein files, it doesn’t erase all the awful things she’s done.
If she wants to apologize and hold herself accountable, I’m all for it. I don’t, however, like the tactic of media brainwashing to pretend none of that happened.
What’s especially frustrating is that this instance demonstrates how easily the mainstream media can change a narrative. If the mainstream media wanted to start advocating for universal healthcare, we could probably start to get it implemented as early as the midterms.
But they don’t want that, and they don’t want to give a platform to anyone who does.
So this brings me to my main topic about how to determine which independent journalists you support. The old adage states that “A crowd draws a crowd.” Therefore, people tend to look at the biggest creators and think, “Oh, that person got there because of merit.”
But I’ve checked the subscribers of many of the top creators, and found there are a lot of profiles with no picture, a fake name, and no followers. To me, this suggests that these creators are artificially propped up in support of some malicious narrative.
I think the easiest way to determine if a journalist is sincere or not is to see whether or not they use the power of their platform to support other voices.
This is pretty clear and easy to independently verify.
Scroll through their content. How often do they feature diverse voices? Do they talk with other journalists who have larger and smaller followings? Or are they always propped up by some mainstream conglomerate even though they claim to be independent.

Friends, the reason the work of some creators never appears on the news isn’t because “it’s not good enough.” The truth is there are many stories the mainstream media is deliberately working to oppress.
You’re losing an information war that you didn’t even know you were fighting.
So, I propose using the detox method. First, look for creators that are clearly committed to elevating alternative voices. Everybody always complains about how the United States is divided. But recognize how little honest discussion you see in the mainstream media.
They don’t try to figure out the correct answer, they lecture us on the narrative they demand that we accept. This is why you don’t see big creators shining the spotlight on important voices that haven’t yet broken through.
In fact, that never happens.
All I ask is that you put that idea in your mind and contemplate it as you interpret whatever media you consume over the next few days. You might start to notice that it’s always the same message. They always talk to the same people. Even when they go out onto the street, the people they interview all look the same.
Once you see this, it can’t be unseen. I believe that the only way to have access to accurate information is to go out and find it yourself. Don’t gobble up the fast food media, even when that fast food media migrates to independent platforms and claims to have turned over a new leaf.
A lot of people in the United States have been indoctrinated to believe a lot of harmful things. Quit consuming content that hurts you. Instead, find the independent creators who listen to diverse voices and change their mind accordingly.
These are the journalists who are most worthy of your support, and we must act soon because they are in danger of going extinct.
