Hey Everyone!

I’ve been wondering when the wheels would fall off. It finally happened. Last week, I overdid it. I did 14 lives on this newsletter and several more on “Rise Together.” Most of them were an hour, but a couple of them went long. This included four interviews with political candidates.

It was too much.

I normally keep Saturday and Sunday open to recover. I did some good things. I went out for a run with my youngest daughter. I also made sure to do a day of shopping with my family. Normally that’s enough recovery, but when Monday rolled around, I was still tired.

Still, I managed to record two more excellent candidate interviews. Anthony Christian and SugarRhi~ came along with me and they made it so much easier. That helps so much!

Like many of you, I’m feeling the urgency of the moment. All the candidates I’ve talked to have been wonderful. I keep having a vision of what our society would be like if we were led by mothers and teachers rather than the cruelest people possible.

We can have that!

A big part of the problem is that the Democrats are anti-democratic. They try to fix primaries. I’ve been hearing way too many stories of grassroots candidates feeling pressure from the establishment to drop out of races.

This is unacceptable.

Those of you who have been following me know that I’ve been interviewing candidates for more than a year. I’ve been loving these conversations. The candidates have all been brilliant and grateful. But the simple fact is that candidate interviews are deliberately suppressed by the oligarch owned legacy media.

They’re stealing our right to information because they want to steal our power. We have a tough hill to climb.

However, we can do it together.

Today is Tuesday and I’m still worn out from last week. I’ve decided to take the afternoon off and I’m trying to schedule my upcoming interviews for next week. I’m going to try to keep it light, then come back strong next week.

But the thing is, I have that sense of urgency. That urgency comes not from defeat, but from HOPE! I know that we have the power to get a new generation of candidates into office.

Yeah, I know that people are worried about election fraud. It is a serious concern, but it’s not something that we can’t overcome. I’m already making plans to host interviews with election experts and political candidates. By focusing on the state level, we can apply pressure to the nefarious mechanisms that want to deprive us of our right to self-rule.

The current crop of Democrats have failed in their responsibility to defend our elections. But we don’t have to put up with that anymore. There is a way out of this, but it requires deliberate action from a huge number of people.

Friends, as I said before, I need your help. I used to think I was superman and I could do this all by myself, but I know I can’t. Don’t worry, I’m getting my rest. But I also have to appeal to all of you to keep sharing these interviews. Share the clips on your social media. If you know people in the states where those people are running, make sure they know what’s happening.

We have to reeducate the entire population!

It would also help to have more free subscribers. We have to get to the point where the media CAN’T ignore us anymore. The candidates have already found me. I have another dozen or so interview requests that I’m trying to schedule. There’s interest. There’s opportunity. All we need is a little more help!

Let’s get these voices out there and FORCE the establishment to recognize and discuss OUR concerns. That’s how we win. We aren’t going to win by sitting on our hands.

We need action today. Not tomorrow, not a week from now, not during the primaries! The time to act is now. There’s a lot you can do:

* Share the interviews

* Share them again

* Talk to your friends and neighbors

* Tell people about this substack

* Write letters to the editor of your local newspaper

* Post the interviews and your letters on your social media platforms

* Share them again and again and again!

* Share these ideas with local organizations

* Get the word out there by whatever means necessary!

I’ll be compiling my second summary of candidate interviews. Here’s the first one again. If you’re looking for something to share, start here. Share all the interviews individually. If you have a platform, contact these candidates and request an interview. The more they speak, the stronger we become. The louder we become, the more impossible it is for us to be ignored.

Hugary took back their country with votes. We can do the same. We will do the same.

We have all the power in the world, that’s why the establishment is so afraid of us. We just lack the coordination, but that’s coming. This doesn’t end with the primaries, this doesn’t end with the midterms, this doesn’t end with the next presidential election.

This doesn’t even end when we all have universal healthcare.

We will continue to fight oppression until the end of our days. We will never become complacent. We will not stop until everyone is taken care of.

But we are allowed to take time to rest. While some of us rest, the others continue to do the good work. We are a collective. We are a grassroots movement. It takes everybody. Every contribution matters! Do something today. It can be just one thing, but make it be something.

Share the interviews. Have conversations. Ask questions. Be loud. Use your voice. Use your rights! Demand accountability.

I found my limit last week. I’m going to take a day or two to recover, but I’ll be back. Having reached my limit, I think I might even try to exceed it the next time. Then I’ll rest again and come back stronger and stronger and stronger.

We are powerful. We are a grassroots political movement. We are made up of tens of thousands of people who value compassion and decency over the lies we’ve been indoctrinated to believe.

One of those lies is that we don’t have power. One of those lies is that “it’s always been this way.” One of those lies is that we can’t do anything about this.

But the reason the authoritarians and the oligarchs push these messages so incessantly is because THEY KNOW THEY’RE FALSE.

They’re afraid of us.

They’re very afraid.

So please everyone, take charge for a day. I need some extra sleep. I’ll be back when I’m recharged. I thank you! I’m working for you! Together we’ll win!
