Here’s a dirty little secret that we’re not supposed to talk about but that I’m going to talk about anyway.

Americans are up to their necks in excrement but they don’t smell it because they’ve become nose blind. But nothing is ever going to change until we start to learn to speak the truth openly. This country has a problem. Frustrated, radicalized white boys march into schools and murder children. That doesn’t happen anywhere else in the world. This is a symptom of a larger disease that has infected our country.

There has been a lot of lazy talk about why we have this epidemic of mass shootings. Firearms are the leading cause of death among children, yet we do nothing.

People will try and say, “Well, this is a violent nation.” But that doesn’t explain the problem.

People will say it’s a “Mental health issue,” which is partly right but not in the way they think.

People will say, “Well, there’s nothing we can do about this,” which is absolute b******t.

The reason other countries have guns but they don’t have mass shootings is because the United States of America is the birthplace of white supremacy.

White supremacy is an anti-human, right wing, hate ideology that’s responsible for the majority of the mass shootings and a huge percentage of the violence in our country.

Yet, we’re discouraged from talking about it. Apparently protecting our national embarrassment is more important than the lives of our children.

That has to change.

Americans are subjected to so many lies and so much indoctrination that they’re shocked when you tell them the truth. But they’re not so shocked that they run to get a book to prove you wrong. Nope. Instead, they just start screaming at you. They behave exactly as abused people who have buried a traumatic truth and they’re furious that you’d ever bring it up.

People will say absolutely asinine things like, “Racism has always existed.” But that’s not the case at all and it shows an appalling lack of understanding about history.

There were whole civilizations that rose and collapsed without the people of those civilizations ever having words for colors. Can you comprehend that? The color “blue” started being named relatively late in human history. As societies become more complex, they begin to recognize more colors.

The point of this is that it’s a complete lie to say that people have “always recognized color.” It’s easily verifiable that they haven’t, and I’m just talking about simple colors. The complex idea of dividing human beings into races didn’t come until much, much later.

People will also say asinine things like, “Slavery has always existed,” which is also false. What Americans don’t understand is that slavery started out as a form of punishment, but festered over time into a bizarre hate cult where human beings were designated as “sinful” based on the color of their skin.

This hate cult went into hiding but it’s arguably stronger than ever.

The Catholic church deliberately invented racism in order to protect the profits they were reaping in from their various human trafficking enterprises, also known as the human slave trade. Race based slavery didn’t develop until around 1600, but white supremacy didn’t come along until later.

Another thing that Americans don’t like to admit is that this was one of the last countries to outlaw slavery. For those who like to argue, “we can’t judge the past by the mores of the present,” I’d reply that everybody always knew slavery was wrong. When the actions you inflict on other people leave them screaming and dying in misery, some part of you knows it’s wrong. Don’t bring those weak justifications in here.

The fact is the whole rest of the world officially stated it was wrong a lot earlier than “the land of the free.”

But then the United States had to dig in its heels and get stubborn. We’ve seen that before. They persisted with their cruel slavery even to the extent that they started using horrific breeding farms to replenish the supply after the slave trade was outlawed.

These were rape centers, and they represent the origin of our modern rape culture. We don’t talk about them because this country is rightfully ashamed of its history. But rather than even attempt to make amends for the mistakes of our past, the people have stubbornly chosen a path of denial that only enables everything to get worse and worse.

Essentially, the United States is one of the few countries that allowed human slavery to exist into the modern age. Slavery didn’t end in the US after the Civil War in 1865. That was just the beginning of the white supremacy era which started with the Cornerstone Speech spoken by the vice-president of the Confederacy Alexander Stephens in 1861. That speech is arguably the most horrific collection of words ever assembled by a human being.

The end of the war led to the Jim Crow era. This was when Christian domestic terrorist groups like the KKK became prominent in our government. They started to adapt white supremacy and hide it in the form of dog whistles. For example, an executive order designated the Star Spangled Banner for use by the special forces in 1916, and it was officially made the national anthem in 1931. The third verse of the song is appallingly racist.

This is how white supremacy works. They don’t promote their racism openly. Instead, they hide it in the form of racist songs that they then make everyone stand for respectfully. They become furious if you don’t stand for the anthem and say, “You hate the country.” But they trust that at some point you’ll read the third verse. At that point you’ll be so indoctrinated with the idea of “venerated traditions” that you’ll never stop and say, “Wait a minute, this song is really inappropriate.”

Which is exactly what happens.

It’s a shame that the American public doesn’t understand just how toxic the ideology of white supremacy is. Hitler’s Nuremburg race laws were based on the Jim Crow laws, but even the Nazis thought the Jim Crow laws took their cruelty too far. You could successfully argue that fascism itself is derived from American cruelty regarding race.

The essential problem is that virtually every other country in the world had the good sense to ban slavery before the start of the modern age. The United States was too high on the concept of “supremacy” and “exceptionalism” so it dug in. Through a perversion of scientific beliefs, white supremacy continued to grow like a cancer and managed to fuse itself with the very bones of this nation.

Today, white supremacy has been normalized. It’s a complex network of lies, hate, manipulation, and deceit. But at its core is the idea that the lives of some people don’t matter. Kids are indoctrinated with this and that’s how they’re able to pull the trigger.

The fault is right wing hate indoctrination. Always.

With the proliferation of the digital age, it’s never been easier for toxic men with warped ideologies to grab microphones and whisper their hate rhetoric directly into the ears of your children.

For endless hours, they tell frustrated white boys that they “deserve” some kind of grand reward so they shouldn’t have to develop any skills or study or even attempt to better themselves.

This is why the US has such contempt for experts. It’s because white supremacy indoctrination is everywhere and it lurks just beneath the surface. Impressionable boys listen because it’s a form of self-destruction disguised as flattery. They’re intoxicated by it. Rather than being told, “You have to go and work hard and listen to people who know better,” they prefer to hear, “You’re a member of the master race and all the other creatures of the world shall be your servants.”

By the time they realize that’s not true, it’s too late. They’ve already scoffed at any opportunity to study or improve themselves. When they understand they aren’t going to inherit the world, they go on a murderous rampage.

This is why we have mass shootings at schools. Right wing misfits resent good, hardworking people. They hate them with every fiber of their being.

And guess what? We don’t talk about it. We pretend it’s not happening because this is our national shame.

This country is so irresponsible and cowardly that it prefers to sacrifice children rather than acknowledge that the toxic ideology of white supremacy is choking us to death.

We don’t even know that phrases like “America First” or “Make America Great” are white supremacy slogans.

We don’t acknowledge that this country is currently engaged in a deplorable form of ethnic cleansing by forcibly removing anyone who doesn’t look white enough for the racists.

This is the deep secret that we’re not supposed to talk about. But nobody’s fooling anyone. It’s right out in the open. The whole world knows this is happening.

An educated and accomplished Black woman can’t become president, but a loathsome, criminal who never had to work and was handed everything gets all the accolades.

It’s time we called our problem by its true name and started doing something about it.

White supremacy is a toxic ideology that requires the sacrifice of your children and offers nothing in return. That’s why we have mass shootings and no other country does. That’s why we elected a convicted felon to the highest office of the land.

This horrific belief system is killing us and it provides absolutely nothing of benefit. Slavery has not “always existed.” It started out as punishment and became further corrupted over time. It mutated into racism which spread like a cancer to weaken and sicken our cultural ideology, eventually resulting in a toxic strain of white supremacy that still exists to this day.

The end result is that frustrated white boys radicalized by right-wing lies march into schools with military grade weapons to murder children, and our population does NOTHING!

Our actions have been shameful. Our incompetent and reckless indifference and denial will be a blight on the pages of history for as long as human beings exist. In a distant future, scholars will refer to our nation with contempt. Our modern day population has been too groomed and indoctrinated and deceived to even be capable of recognizing the degree of our offense.

It’s time for an intervention. It’s time to end white supremacy forever and enter an era of true emancipation. We owe a great debt to the concept of basic decency. In fact, the debt is so large it might be impossible to repay, but we have to make the effort anyway.

Denial only stains us further.

Say it with me. Our children are dying because of white supremacy. They deserve better. We have to put an end to our national atrocity. Who could possibly argue that this is not our responsibility?
