We all have that little voice in our heads nitpicking the things we do - and somedays it’s obnoxiously loud! Here’s a simple tactic I’ve begun to use to silence it (a little), and how I’ve learned to slow its momentum (as in when one negative thought engages another and then another and before you know it, like water to a gremlin, you’re host to a party of nasty little thoughts that want to bring you down!)
