The Bible has four Gospels that tell us about the life and ministry of Jesus Christ, but each one has its distinctives. The Gospel of Mark could be described as "Jesus for the Romans." Mark is the shortest of the four Gospels but is fast-paced, depicting Jesus like an action hero who defeats demons and diseases and death. But Mark also shows Jesus as a suffering servant who calls his followers to also suffer and serve.
