In today’s Voice Note from Linn I will share with you a simple guided “tea drinking” meditation that can help you slow down, take a breath and be fully present with the here and now.
I apologies for being a little late with this week’s post as I am only back to work these past few days after about 2 1/2 weeks travels.
It was a very nourishing trip that reminded me of what Joyful Nourishment feels like to me and all the components of life that fills me up. Like good food, sunny weather, good friends and dear colleagues. And family.
On top of that I am also on a break from Instagram, which both feels great and now that I am back and about half way through the month I also notice a touch of FOMO.
Taking time away from social media is such an interesting experience and this one is definitely making me think more about my relationship with it and how to best navigate it going forward.
