Reaching the end of the growth part of the year, Samhain can be seen as an invitation to turn inwards. Nourishing our roots in preparation for, and as the start of the hibernation season.
The focus on this episode is around nourishing ourselves, and recognising that caring for ourselves is necessary to sustain us for caring for each other.
