We've spent too long in what I call the "TRIGGER ECONOMY" – scrolling, seeking external validation, and disconnecting from our most powerful resource: our inner wisdom.
Much of this is unconscious.
This disconnect leaves us feeling lost amid the noise, drowning in information but starving for clarity. We've negotiated away our power, looking everywhere except the one place that holds our answers.
Working intimately with clients for over 20 years, I see part of my role and perhaps intuitive gift, is making “brains better places to live when they are held by the heart.”
This, is what assists in the shift from self-blame rooted in early trauma.
