She is the founder of Color Vision, an organization that equips, advocates and empowers creative Black Women. Davis is also the author of the children's series, "The Adventures of Izzy." Mia resides with her husband, and daughters, in Maryland.
About Color Vision. Color Vision was established by Mia as a woman-led empowerment organization in 2017 with a mission to improve fairness and equity in creative industries. Its aim is to support women of color with training, mentorship and scholarships to gain access to equal opportunities in employment, business, and higher education.
