We've said this many times before, but birthdays are really special to us. So today we're dedicating the show to just that. Welcome to Episode 9 -- Restart: Birthdays & Beginnings.

• Why our birthday is so special to us, and what it represents. 
• How our birthday is our "personal new year" and what that means. 
• How birthday takes on a whole new meaning after you've given birth, and what we plan to "birth" in the coming year.

A lot of what we love about birthdays and other celebrations is rooted in tradition. So we spend our "More, Please" segment diving into some of our favorite traditions -- whether they be old, new, or some that we've made up just for us!
