In this episode we sit down and chat with my friend, collaborator and naturopathic doctor, Kirsten Kessler. Kirsten is amazing and so brilliantly smart. I love knowing her and working with her professionally.
She has helped me optimize my health in a few ways, totally naturally, without stressing me out or sending me running for the hills. We discuss a little bit about this in the episode, as well as what is naturopathic medicine, how Kirsten practices and why we believe having agency in our own health choices is so critical to making lasting and sustainable changes.
Kisten and I met in our Truce Coaching Certification process and spent nearly a year together in practice coaching, learning these methods and deepening our skills together, we became fast friends.
I joke about this in the episode but Kirsten is a WIZARD at so many things, but particularly assessing bloodwork and she loves it too. I cannot recommend taking a more holistic route to your health care enough whether it is preventative, maintenance, etc. and obviously Kirsten is my top choice for someone to guide you in that way!
